CoinsFast was a UK peer-to-peer cryptocurrency exchange platform that allowed users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies at market-leading rates.

challenges

  • CoinsFast’s target market was changed to the UK shortly before it was launched, which meant that a new target audience had to be addressed.
  • This meant that the copy that was initially created for the site had to be changed to fit the new market, with new buyer personas and tone of voice.
  • It was also crucial to map out and define the KYC process that users would go through when signing up on the new platform.

  • After extensive research about cryptocurrency exchanges in the UK market, we helped to develop the changes in the tone of voice document.
  • Taking into account the new target market, and buyer personas, we performed keyword searches for the new site text.
  • Using SEO best practices, we developed the improved copy for the CoinsFast site, working with a designer to ensure the text fit aesthetically into the page designs.
  • We also helped to define the KYC process and map out the user journey – then craft the content to go into each step.
