Marinakis Property Developers have been developing high-quality residential properties in Larnaca’s most sought-after locations since 1981.

More than just property development, Marinakis Property Developers also provides additional services that support their clients from initial interest in a property, through to its purchase and ownership.

challenges

  • Marinakis had an existing logo, but needed to update its colours and branding to better represent the high-quality properties it develops and sells.
  • It was important that their branding was made consistent across all marketing and sales assets, as there were some discrepancies between them prior to our cooperation.
  • They required a rebrand, a new website, and some printed materials, including billboards.
  • The ultimate goal was to create a brand that is not only memorable and recognizable, but also represents a higher-end feel.

  • Through market and competitor research, we selected new brand colours – and, maintaining their existing logo, modified it to ensure that it works with the new colour selection.
  • We defined the brand typography, provided design examples, and developed a brand book to ensure that the marketing team would be able to consistently craft marketing and sales assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Following brand guidelines, we updated many of the existing assets and created new ones.
  • Billboards were printed, and a new website was built to ensure brand continuity, to help Marinakis Property Developers build trust with existing and new customers.
